Whether you have a Web Site (or Blog) or not, an e-mail responder can help you build your business and generate more sales.

Let’s just jump right in and outline the benefits to you.

An e-mail responder will:

  • Provide a way for you to build a mailing list.
  • Provide a way for you to contact that list regularly.
  • Provide a way for you to distribute your newsletter by e-mail.
  • Provide a way for you to deliver coupons and specials regularly
  • Provide a way for you to build real, long term customer relationships.
  • Provide a way for you to have a world-wide customer list.

Those are just the basics of what an e-mail responder can do for you.

But what is an e-mail responder, and is it really like having another employee?

An e-mail responder is simply a computer that waits 24 hours per day for requests for information. Then it sends out either one e-mail to the persons requesting information, or it sends out a series of e-mails that I have prepared ahead of time. So I can set it up to send one reply within 2 minutes of the request, or I can stretch out a series of newsletters over the next few months, a year or years.

And yes, it is like having another employee.

Actually, I call my e-mail responder my best employee. The e-mail responder sends out my newsletters (and other one-time documents too) at regularly scheduled appointments, starting at only $20 per month.

In addition, my e-mail responder does not:

  • Complain.
  • Ask for raises.
  • Miss work for any reason.
  • Quit so I have rehire and retrain new employees.

Those are just a few of the benefits of an e-mail responder.

Have you ever used an e-mail Responder?

If you’re wondering what a responder does, you are reading an e-mail newsletter that was sent by an e-mail responder. I wrote this newsletter a few months ago, but you are receiving it from me automatically, as the fourth letter in a series of letters I wrote. I send out newsletters every 2nd day, so if this letter is the 4th letter I send out, you will have received it 8 days after signing up for my newsletter at

Better yet (#1), it was probably sent out in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, and I did not even know it was going out to you.

But it did, and even better yet (yes, there is an even better yet #2) many of you reading this newsletter will grab the free book, read it and buy one of the services I teach you about, and I earn a commission.

The final good news is you can use an e-mail responder to build relationships and sell your products and services too.

Do you need an e-mail Responder? The best way to find out is to read my free book on “How To Build A Responder”, and you’ll know if you need it to market your business effectively and efficiently.

Again, you can try Aweber for just $1 for 30 days here, and see if I’m right.

Enjoy the book, and we’ll see you in the next newsletter!
